Interprets physician's orders and compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals in accordance with the legal and ethical standards of the profession. Provides drug information to other healthcare professionals. Monitors drug therapy to prevent drug interactions or other potential problems
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Staff Pharmacist Job Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Indiana State Board of Pharmacy License Pharmacy degree from an accredited university, as required by law.
- Minimum Experience: Pharmacy Graduate of an accredited university.
- Preferred Experience: 1 year of hospital pharmacist experience.
