Staffing Coordinator
Job description
Norton and Associates, Inc is looking for a Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter for our Amherst, NH office to assist the Director of Operations. Our divisions are experiencing rapid growth! The ideal candidate will have some healthcare or long term care related experience and be available for an immediate start. However, we will train the right candidate.
This is a not a remote position, candidates must be able to commute to Amherst, NH.
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate recruitment efforts including process discussions with hiring managers, job posting and regular refreshing of ads for visibility
- Manage candidate pool and schedule with our partnered facilities and programs
- Contacting all facilities and programs to check for their open needs
- Maintain files and data systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data for active and potential employees
- Ensure employees understand and adhere to all company guidelines and procedures
- Assist with special projects as needed and assigned
The ideal candidate will be:
- Detail-oriented, with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Skilled at handling shifting priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Documents
- Solid communicator who thrives in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who is willing to take direction and efficiently anticipate the needs of others
- Ability to manage highly confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion
- Positive and helpful attitude, willing to take on both small and large tasks with the same level of excitement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
