Job description
The Bay at Belmont Health and Rehab is a 83-bed skilled nursing facility seeking for a customer service driven Staffing Coordinator to join their Nursing team in Madison, WI. As the Staffing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing and the Facility Administrator to ensure proper staffing for the day and throughout the week. Additionally, working on various projects to ensure our nursing team is fully supported in providing quality care to our residents and their families. A successful Staffing Coordinator will come with prior scheduling experience in Healthcare.
This position Full-Time Monday - Friday with some evenings.
Qualifications:
- Active WI Nursing Assistant Certification
- 1+ Years of scheduling experience in healthcare settings
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Computer skills and knowledge with MS Word and Excel
