The purpose of Worthington Christian Village is to offer a total ministry to the aging of Central Ohio and beyond, which will meet their spiritual, physical, emotional and social needs. Our aim is to produce an atmosphere of caring and sharing in all activities conducive to self-worth leading to a productive life.

Worthington Christian Village STNA Responsibilities:

Worthington Christian Village is a great place to work and we are passionate about serving the Seniors of Central Ohio and beyond. Our Health Care Center is currently looking for a caring, kind and devoted STNA to join our team! We have a full-time day 7p-7a shift available. Some of the job duties and requirements may include but are not limited to:

-Assist residents with their activities of daily living.

-Change bed linens and make beds.

-Give residents a bath, shower, or bed bath or assist them with bathing.

-Keep residents nails clean and trimmed.

-Obtain vital signs and measure intake and output as instructed.

-Weigh and measure residents as instructed.

-Assist residents to and from the bathroom, offer bedpans, and keep incontinent residents clean and dry at all times.

-Answer call lights promptly.

Worthington Christian Village STNA Requirements

Some requirements of this position may include but are not limited to:

-Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent.

-Must have a State Tested Nursing certification.

-Must be able to lift without restrictions.

-Must be able to read, write, and do basic math.

-Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members and the general public.

-Must be a team player

-Must be able to work some weekend and holiday hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
