The Lake Placid Lodge is looking for Stewards/Dishwashers to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

• Ensures cleanliness of all kitchen areas
• Cleaning of utensils, pots & pans, China, Glasses and silverware.
• Understanding of proper maintenance of dish machines.
• Check condition of equipment; obtain necessary utensils, tools and supplies.
• Returning cleaned food preparation utensils and small ware items to the proper areas. Cleans assigned workstation areas.
• Consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices according to Local Health and State Laws.
• Any other task as defined by kitchen management.

Requirements:

• Customer service attitude
• Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License preferred
