If you are looking to work as a Pre assembler, then you are the one we are looking for! You will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products whenever they need them. Your work will have a direct impact on people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Collating the required materials for various production and technical areas. Powders, tints, and liquids are assembled separately in the exact quantities specified.

• Labelling all packages and containers, mentioning the material code, batch formula code, clock number, weight, and date. Adhering to all established safety, environmental, and PPE requirements.

• Ensuring that the materials are securely packaged and physically delivered to the assigned department through fork truck, lift/elevator, or other means. Checking for precision and making appropriate adjustments for the ordered materials.

• Supporting the preassembly effort by rolling drums, staging empty drums, and separating pallets. Providing containers to pre assemblers and handling the return of batches back to preassembly.

• Collaborating with Pre assemblers to inventory heaters and reuse containers wherever feasible. Handling and disposing of waste in the right locations.

• Cooperating with the leadership team in developing, reviewing, and revising SOP’s and the job skills

Qualifications

• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Preferably, forklift experience.
• Ability to work in any job and work overtime as necessary.
