Job Summary

• Manage all functions of the restaurant
• Ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products are delivered
• Responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate pizzas
• Maintain a clean and organized shift

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of 3-15 employees
• Assign, oversee and evaluate work of employees
• Provide on the job training for new employees
• Assist in the supervision of the preparation, sales, and service of food
• Forecasts food items and amount of projected sales per shift
• Route deliveries and serve drivers to maximize delivery business and speed
• Execute systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
• Completes daily and weekly paperwork
• Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift
• Delegate and be responsible for ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies for the store to ensure a minimum of waste or theft
• Audits previous shift's systems and procedures for 100% integrity and completeness
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent pizzas
• Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, with all systems and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant
• Operate cash register, collects payments and make change
• Take phone orders and complete tickets
• Maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with dress code
• Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Motivated to learn and succeed
• Skills to use a personal computer and various software (Word/Excel)
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle and resolve employee issues
• Ability to handle and resolve customer threats and issues
• Ability handle stress and high volume operations
• Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire work day
• Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language fluently
• Must be willing to work some holidays, and weekends as business dictates
• Must have a valid DL, insurance, reliable transportation, and pass motor vehicle report requirements
• Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 45-48 hours a week
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
