Southern Tire Mart at Pilot Flying J needs a MANAGER! Great pay & full benefits package with the fastest growing tire company in the South.

Job Overview

• Managing small project teams to develop, execute and complete assignments.
• Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
• Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management
• Performing employee reviews and assessments
• Assist with new employee onboarding and training program

Skills / Education / Requirements:

· Must pass pre-employment drug screen

· High school diploma or GED

· Secondary education preferred but not required

· Experience with management, tires/automotive industry preferred.

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Must be able to lift and/or move tires weighing between 30-250 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

· Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management.

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

· Self-motivated and driven

· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
