Store Manager for High Volume Gas Station
Job description
Immediately seeking a Store Manager / General Manager for a high-volume gas station in Lake Stevens.
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, hire/fire/train, schedules, manage fuel/inventory shipments, create the station’s budget and coordinate with the station’s owner/corporate management.
In addition to administering the operations of gas stations, gas station managers must ensure that safety and security protocols are met by customers and employees, and that fuel prices are set correctly each day according to market conditions, to beat competitors and to meet management requirements, as well as hit sales goals, while minimizing costs.
Qualified candidates should have 2-3 years of experience as a Store Manager, in a high volume, gas station setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
