Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a PM-4 Strategic Communications Planner/Scheduler located at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Munitions Directorate (AFRL/RW) at Eglin AFB, FL.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

EDUCATION: Master’s degree or relevant experience

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Working knowledge of and experience Munitions and Weapons Systems research and development, preferably prior DOD or US DOD Contractor experience
• Knowledge of COMSEC/OPSEC procedures to support UNCLASS & SECRET material
• Capable of independent decision making with knowledge & education to facilitate technical writing, presentation, and integration
• Leadership and management experience of large and complex organizations and programs desired

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation, coordination, execution, and follow-up of conferences for AFRL/RW
• Provide assistance with Distinguished Visitor (DV) visits and tours as required
• Assist with coordination and integration of schedules and presentation materials for RW Front Office Group (FOG), HQ FOG interaction, AFRL Division other RW offices as requested the Director’s Action Group (DAG); includes portfolio program scheduling, presentation and support in some cases; utilizing best practices and tools for proactive planning and scheduling, integrate scheduling tools, and recommend acquisition of appropriate tools
• Assists in maintaining and following an annual and twice a year planning “Battle rhythm” for proactive workload and suspense management
• Assist with integrating the events and suspenses into other directorate schedules as appropriate
• Assist the RW External Engagement Integrator tracking OPRs, action officers, suspense dates for presentations, dry runs, etc.
• Provide assistance to the International Engagement Integrator supporting key engagement personnel
• Coordinate and execute internal dry-run presentations where required/requested
