Responsibilities:
- Solid Mechanics, Material Behavior, Thermal Analysis, FEA, Stress Analysis
- Aerospace Structures Stress Analysis, FAA and JAA certification requirements
- Failure analysis, finite elements, and methods of stress analysis, thermal effects, fatigue, and fracture mechanics.
- Develop & perform tests (stress, temperatures, material characterization), interpret test
- results and calibrate analytical models;
- PATRAN, NASTRAN and ABAQUS, Working knowledge of CATIA-V5
Skills:
- Define structural test requirements for laboratory and full-scale testing.
- Understanding of external loads, load paths and free body diagrams, aerospace materials and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance to system requirements
- ECO/ECN and Change Order implementation in PLM
- Defect management, RRCA, FMEA, Change management and configuration control
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Oklahoma City, OK: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
