We have seasonal positions available, Part-Time, After School, Weekends, ect! Flexible schedule to fit your busy needs! The Harbors is a GREAT way to start a nursing career!

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQURIED! Training will be provided!

The Harbors of Fridley is looking for a caring, dynamic and energetic professional to join our amazing team! Must be a self motivated, driven individual with a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who is a leader on the floor and willing to do what it takes to provide the highest standard of care. Must be a reliable person who shows up to work on time.

Services and Procedures

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

We are looking for strong, team oriented individuals to fill these positions.

Full/Part time Week & Weekend Shifts

Applicants must possess effective communication skills; ability to understand the needs of our residents; ability to work well with others; must possess outgoing, hard-working attitude. Care Providers are responsible for providing services designed to maintain the resident's independence, choice, and most of all dignity while maintaining the physical and emotional well being of our residents in our family environment. Certified Nursing Assistant not required but preferred. Experience highly preferred.

COVID-19 Vaccination NOT required to work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
