StretchMed®* Weston is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our fast growing team as the Full-Time Manager/Stretch Therapist in Weston, MA.*

Our purpose is to eliminate chronic pain, increase mobility, rejuvenate, and help you move well through 1-on-1 assisted stretching.

You will have complete management of the Weston location, overseeing all operations and membership sales with profit sharing potential. Customer service experience, organizational skills, and strong intuition when handling client needs is essential.

Required background:

• Degree in Exercise Science, Athletic training, or related field
• Management experience
• Customer service & sales experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage complete operation of the studio
• Manage scheduling of clients & staff
• Membership sales & client retention, including affiliate networking
• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Mentor, train, and oversee the stretch therapists

During the start-up phase your focus will be growing the studio and stretching members. As the studio grows and you continue to hire therapists, you will stretch less as you shift to developing therapists and growing the business.

No stretching experience necessary, we will train you on our industry leading 36-Stretch Protocol and then certify you as a StretchMed CST (Certified Stretch Therapist).

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
