Imagine360 is currently seeking a Summary of Benefits Specialist to join the team! In this position, you will create and maintain the Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) & Summary of Benefits in the GBAS system for all groups.

Position Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensures our faxback system is operational on effective date of plans
• Creates Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC), Dental and Vision Summary of Benefits as needed
• Updates Summary of Benefits on existing MEC, Dental and Vision groups
• Reviews termination information and updates GBAS accordingly
• Reviews recaps and advises team of necessary changes
• Assists with maintaining records of SOBs sent for proofing
• Assists with SOB Team projects
  

Required Experience / Education:

• Previous knowledge of medical insurance
• Experience with plan documents & Docushare
• Proficiency with Excel & Word
• Able to work independently
• Detail oriented
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Organized
• Good at multi-tasking
• PTO will be limited during the first and last weeks of each month, as well as, the entire months of November and December.
