Job description

We have a small nature based preschool and summer camp in Bellevue, Wa. We are looking for someone to help us out Full-Time from June 26th-September 1st. We spend our days outside in a beautiful park and have very fun activities planned. This position would be an assistant teacher for a group of 10 2.5-4 year olds in the mornings and join two other teachers with a mixed age (2-7) year olds in the afternoon.

Responsibilities:

• Bring an enthusiatic attitude everyday
• Help keep children safe while out on the trails
• Assist in transitions and learning opportunties
• Willing to prepare and clean for snack/lunch
• Be able to manage small groups of children on your own
• Help set-up and tear down classroom

Important:

- must be able to spend long periods of time outside and be able to walk 3-6 miles over the course of the day.

-must be ready for all weather!

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
