Summary of Position

The Summit Collaborative Associate provides administrative support for the Summit Collaborative team and organizes the ministry efforts for multiplication. As a member of the Summit Collaborative team, the Associate also contributes to strategic planning and helps facilitate cohort training.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Growing rhythms of Bible study, prayer, and rest

  • Experience with leading and planning major events

  • Ability to effectively communicate with leaders of all levels and facilitate a small group training

  • Initiative to own large scale projects and also execute day-to-day tasks

  • Passion for church planting and leader development

  • High administrative proficiency

  • Ability to effectively contribute to strategic planning conversations

  • A member of the Summit Church or willing & able to become a member

Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical planning and execution of all Collaborative events: Collaborative Retreat, Collaborative Conference, 18-month Booster Shot Training, Spouses Retreat and Marriage Retreat
  • Oversee logistics of Collaborative Church Planting Cohort
    • Oversee all logistics and budget for Planting Cohort
    • Book travel for Cohort leaders and participants
    • Oversee planning, communication and setup of trainings
    • Schedule coaching calls for cohort participants
  • Oversee logistics of other Collaborative Cohorts (FLC, SDC, SLC) including…
    • Coordinating scheduling of cohorts between Cohort leaders and participants
    • Book travel for Cohort leaders (and participants where this applies)
    • Coordinate cohort trips in-person when possible
    • Manage cohort budgets
    • Schedule coaching calls for cohort participants
  • Assist in facilitating cohort trainings
  • Oversee Church Planter Assessment logistics
    • Manage inquiries
    • Schedule Zoom assessments with planters and assessors
  • Oversee Collaborative Short Assessment
    • Organize assessment documents
    • Manage assessment scheduling
    • Assist in assessment of Collaborative leaders
  • Assist in creation and management of Collaborative budget
  • Manage monthly support for Collaborative Churches
  • Manage travel arrangements for Collaborative staff
  • Manage expense reports for Director of North American Church Planting and Director of Summit Collaborative
