The Role:
This role is located at the revolutionary Tesla Supercharger charging station in Kettleman City, CA. The Tesla Supercharger Experience Specialist serves quality espresso drinks, Tesla apparel and Vehicle accessories, and creates a welcoming environment around the coffee bar for our guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills, coffee expertise and an outgoing personality. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, helpful and approachable to all guests on-site, and able to handle last minute requests while presenting creative solutions to on-the-spot issues. This position reports to the Supercharger site manager.
Responsibilities:

• Provide unparalleled customer service and commitment to customer experience
• Serve specialty coffee drinks with meticulous attention to customer needs (coffee training provided)
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently, create strategies to prevent delays
• Answer customer inquiries regarding coffee, apparel, and vehicle accessories eloquently and concisely
• Transact apparel sales
• Replenish general location supplies while maintaining cleanliness of coffee and apparel area
• Consistently keep up with Tesla trends/news, including completing official Tesla training
• Order and receive station supplies
• Assist in maintaining sanitation and orderliness of all equipment and supplies
• Maintain equipment and report any issues immediately to manager
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Log customer suggestions/complaints to report to Manager for future program adjustments
• Record keeping of sales reports
• Go above and beyond to provide excellent customer experience
• MUST be able to work weekends and holidays
