Job Description:

Looking for an Architect with strong knowledge in Supply Chain domain. Candidate must have below skills and responsibilities:

• Should be well versed with documentation/slide preparations and demonstration/presentation
• Preferred having ServiceNow experience with Procurement module
• preferred having Telecom procurement experience
• Self-motivated and self-driven architect, collaborating with other teams/groups to deliver customer responsibilities
• To define procurement processes involving integration with ServiceNow or other supply chain applications
• To define Business Requirement Document/User Stories for teams to implement the processes
• work with procurement managers and implementation teams to define the processes/controls
• To understand existing contracts with suppliers and customers to include in the procurement process
• To define controlling assets and delivery processes
• We are looking to hire a ServiceNow Solution Architect , this roles requires close partnership and collaboration with Executive Stakeholders, Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts.
• Minimum of 8 years overall experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management.
• Experience working on complex ServiceNow deployments(ITSM/ITBM/ITOM) aligned to Industry best practices and translating functional & technical requirements into implementation work package.
• Solution design Service Assurance platforms (customer issue management, ticketing, inventory management, service & network diagnostic, network monitoring (application, experience, performance, resource), workforce management, self-service fulfilment) in global telecom operators
• Assists in development of project estimates, contributes to defining project timelines, project plans and milestones
• Instructs, assigns, reviews the work of other team members, including the review of high-level designs, detail designs, code, and test plans and results
• Mentors and coaches other team members, facilitates individual team member development of technical, functional, and industry skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
