ABOUT APTIV, INC.
Aptiv, established in 1976 as Riverfront Activity Center, was the idea of three friends from the
community of La Crosse, WI to develop one nonprofit organization that supported individuals
with disabilities in all three primary needs-social, employment, and independent living. In the
fall of 2017, we revealed a new name, new identity, and a new brand - Aptiv - a positive blend
of the words live, aptitude, active, and adaptive. Today, we support more than 1,400 people with disabilities through eight locations and across 42 counties in the state of Wisconsin.

Required qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or other post high school graduation coursework and three years of
- Experience working with adults with disabilities
- At least one-year experience with multiple program/facility management
- Previous Adult Family Home or licensed facility supervision experience
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to provide leadership
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Ability to operate computer equipment; knowledge of various software packages
- Access to reliable non-public transportation with required insurance coverage and
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Sociology, Psychology, Human Services,
- Knowledge of positive behavioral approaches
- Experience in growing service revenue in a human service setting
- Experience negotiating rates with multiple funders
- Knowledge of Family Care, IRIS funding and waiver funding
