Role: Sourcing Recruiter (Contact)
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months (possibly temp to perm)
Job Description:
•Responsible for front-end recruiting processes. The Sourcing Recruiter drives candidate pipeline generation and manages the initial screening processes.
•Partner and collaborate with Talent Advisors to guide candidates through the recruiting process.
•Execute sourcing strategy: recruit/source technical engineering candidates using sourcing techniques to include on-line and internal databases, contact lists, and job postings as well as sourcing passive candidates through networking, social media sites, cold calling, complex internet searches and researching and identifying markets to tap for qualified talent.
•Review resumes and pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings through assessment of candidates’ qualifications and culture fit. Submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
•Actively participate in professional networking groups, job fairs, and other recruiting events.
•Upholds legal requirements and company hiring policies, and coaches and guides managers accordingly.
•Proactive tracking of progress and all work to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met.
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience; or Post-Secondary/Associate Degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience OR Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
•Aerospace and Defense Industry experience highly preferred.
•Experience recruiting cleared talent and/or engineers highly preferred.
•Agency experience highly preferred.
•Ability to work in a self-directed manner, willing to take initiative and drive tasks to closure.
•General knowledge of various engineering disciplines and associated skills/certifications.
•Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.

Salary: Up to $40.00 per hour
