WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Work directly with hiring managers and team members, coordinate schedules and provide accurate and pertinent information
  • Serve as liaison between manager community, TA, and external suppliers providing interview information
  • Manage 10-15 job requisitions
  • Responsible for conducting new hire orientation and onboarding

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 2 years of Recruiting Coordination experience
  • Experience in blue collar environments
  • Excellent communication, project management skills and high level attention to detail/accuracy
  • Ability to manage and work within confidential information
  • Relationship driven professional with a sense of urgency
