Hill International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in New York.

  • Source, identify and recruit from external resources
  • Perform administrative tasks including posting jobs, reference checks, editing resumes, scheduling interviews
  • Work with Talent Acquisition Team to understand and define job competencies and recruiting requirements for all open positions, as well as proposal efforts
  • Coordinate internal postings and use appropriate internet sources for external postings, such as social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Use the applicant tracking system to track candidates, openings, and activity
  • Assist HR and IT with onboarding schedules and paperwork for new hire
  • C reate, maintain, and file of internal records, forms, spreadsheets and reports with detailed information
  • Proactively seek to maintain candidate engagement throughout the process

  • 6+ months of experience in an internship or administrative tasked role
  • Be a team player that collaborates successfully in a fast paced environment to achieve the organization’s goals and needs
  • Be able to consistently follow processes, and accurately record information
  • Have strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Be detail oriented and a quick learner of new processes and information
  • Maintain effective phone and email interactions
  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at a time
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite Skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
  • Full Covid-19 vaccination is recommended. Mandatory vaccinations and proof of vaccination are subject to client requirements, federal, state or local law.
  • Expected salary range: $50,000-$60,000 annually
