WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a full-time Recruiter to join our HQ team. This is a newly created position within Health & Rehab Solutions, and will require an experienced, highly motivated, strategic-minded recruiter that can develop, grow, and ultimately lead the Department of Talent Acquisition.
LOCATION
This is a Remote position, but the candidate must reside in the Mountain Time Zone.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize industry leading approaches to attract top talent for both HRS HQ and Affiliates.
- Attend Industry Conferences and Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant Program events (Travel is Required).
- Develop and grow relationships with schools, students, and physical therapy industry professionals.
- Perform initial screening and interviewing of candidates.
- Provide HRS HQ Executives and/or Affiliate Executives with frequent updates regarding requisitions.
- Complete ownership of your book of business
- Be a collaborative, team player that can develop, lead, and progress the Talent Acquisition Department.
- Assess the talent acquisition process to ensure that the strategic approach is both effective and efficient.
- Work in conjunction with the HRS Vice President of Human Resources and Executive Vice President of Personnel to develop the Department of Talent Acquisition.
- Work with HRS HQ and Affiliate Executives to determine open positions, finalize job descriptions, and create strategic approaches to talent acquisition.
MUST HAVES
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent work-related experience is required.
- 3+ years recruiting, primarily in healthcare.
- Experience with screening, interviewing, and recommending talent
- Ability to effectively communicate with HRS HQ Executives and Affiliate Executives.
- Ability to create, maintain, and grow relationships with schools, students, and industry professionals.
- Ability to influence top talent with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to travel, as needed, to industry conferences and Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant programs
- Able to manage 50+ job requisitions at one time.
- Able to assess the industry landscape and quickly implement strategic initiatives.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
