ADP is hiring a Tax Analyst. The Tax Analyst will research and calculate tax credit work for clients in various industries. Maintain and develop computerized client & incentive databases. Maintain and understanding of federal and state incentive programs and effectively apply them to client situations. Communicate tax credit opportunities to Senior Management. Perform self-review/peer-review of project deliverables. Prepare client information requests and review information requests prepared by team. Provides support to Senior Analyst and Manager on various client related projects.Develop strong, productive and collaborative relationships with key internal and external contacts. Understand client commitments and ensure that all service level and quality targets are consistently met or exceeded.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds and manages positive relationships with government agencies, industry groups and alliances.
- Identifies new incentives/credit opportunities for existing clients.
- Handles research to uncover opportunities for the benefit of the client.
- Develops comprehensive and influential documentation to support client benefit.
- Drives revenue through consulting engagements.
- Evaluates clients needs and opportunities.
- Generates Sales leads.
- Handles calculations.
- Partners with governmental agencies for key legislative changes to enhance business offerings.
- Manages the client/project strategy and/or executive relationship with mid-size and/or mid-complexity clients.
- Stays current on changes impacting practice area.
- Revenue Forecasting and reporting and planning.
- Pulling, consolidating and analyzing data.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in Taxation, Accounting, Business, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics
- 3+ Years Consulting Experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Ability to verify, detect errors and rectify the financial/payroll data.
- Excellent analytical skills, motivation and confidence to independently address issues.
- Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Access.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and able to work
- well in a team environment and/or independently.
