A full-service CPA firm located in coastal North County San Diego is seeking an experienced tax preparer/accountant for an ongoing seasonal position. The position is full-time during tax season and part-time for the remainder of the year.

Work will primarily be the preparation and review of individual, corporation, partnership, and trust tax returns using CCH Axcess Tax.

Hours are flexible.

Qualifications and Skills

Recent CPA firm experience with accounting and income taxes (minimum of 3 years).

CPA or EA preferred.

Knowledge of CCH Axcess Tax is a plus.

Strong Excel, QuickBooks skills are a plus.

Have a valid PTIN, or the ability to obtain one.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure, manage time, and meet deadlines

• Tax experience: 3 years (Required)
