Big Blue Swim School Glendale Heights, IL is opening early March and we are training our Rockstar team NOW! We are looking to HIRE 10 more swim instructors that we will cross train to teach lessons and also work at our front desk.

We are SDG Swim LLC., a multi-unit franchisee of Big Blue Swim School and we are having Explosive Growth throughout the Chicagoland Area, we will be opening 10+ units!! Swim Instructor/Teacher Benefits!

• Pay rates of $16 per hour and $18+ for weekend shifts once training is completed
• Full and Part-Time positions available with consistent weekly schedules

Swim Instructor/Teacher Requirements

• No Previous swimming experience required, we will train you!
• Must love working with kids and having fun, this is a deal breaker if not!
• Ability to lift up to 30 LBS., and be on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work in the water for at least 15-25 hours depending on FT/PT availability
• Must be available to work weeknights until 8:30pm and one weekend day 7:30am-4:30pm.
