You're probably used to seeing "Front of House" and "Back of House" positions. Here at Chick-fil-A Northgate mall, we pride ourselves on being ONE house - everyone is cross-trained.

What does "ONE House" mean for you as a team member? It's Simple:

When working in guest-facing positions (cashier, server, dining room host, etc.), your purpose is to offer a remarkable customer experience and a refreshingly clean environment by being attentive, courteous, proactive, and fast.

Outcomes

• Produce a remarkable guest experience by greeting guests within the first 10 seconds, repeating every order, demonstrating the CORE 4, and anticipating every guest's needs.
• Create a remarkably clean environment by practicing proactive behaviors.

When working non-guest-facing positions (prep, boards, breading, fries, nuggets, etc.), your purpose is to offer a remarkable customer experience by producing crave-able and safe food at surprisingly fast speed.

Outcomes

• Produce a remarkable guest experience by producing crave-able food in under 3 minutes
• Create a remarkably clean and safe environment by following food safety guidelines all day, every day.
• Fulfill guest expectations by taking necessary measures to ensure guests receive their desired order.
