Job Description:
We are seeking a commission-based Tech Recruiter to join our team. As a Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for taking sales calls set by SDRs and closing the deal. You will also be responsible for managing relationships and ensuring client happiness.
Responsibilities:
- Take sales calls set by SDRs and close the deal
- Manage relationships with clients and ensure their happiness
- Onboard new customers onto the Shtudy platform
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the Shtudy team to develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with diverse recruiting practices and a passion for diversity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work remotely and effectively manage time and workload
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
