Associates for a flexible 1 st Shift opportunity (8 hours b/t 8am and 6pm) to work with a company that uses state-of-the-art robotics, machinery, and engineering to manufacture cutting-edge modular displays.

Shift and Pay:
  • Flexible 1st Shift: 8 hours between 8am and 6pm
  • Pay: $20-$24 per hour, based upon experience
What’s a typical day working as an Technical Support Associate? You could be:
  • Speaking with customers to resolve product issues
  • Using ticketing software to receive, assign, and manage support requests and resolve level 1 issues
  • Creating orders of replacement parts and tracking returns
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have experience with Technical Support for Electronics
  • Are comfortable using computers for communication and documentation purposes
  • Have experience resolving customer issues and managing Technical Product Support with Electronics
