Shift and Pay:
- Flexible 1st Shift: 8 hours between 8am and 6pm
- Pay: $20-$24 per hour, based upon experience
- Speaking with customers to resolve product issues
- Using ticketing software to receive, assign, and manage support requests and resolve level 1 issues
- Creating orders of replacement parts and tracking returns
- Have experience with Technical Support for Electronics
- Are comfortable using computers for communication and documentation purposes
- Have experience resolving customer issues and managing Technical Product Support with Electronics
