Description:
- Perform a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, conducts and perform MRI examinations, and assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures as described or required.
Required qualifications:
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology training program.
- Radiologic Technologist registry by ARRT at the time of hire.
- Washington State Certified Radiologic Technologist – Diagnostic license.
- Post-primary certification in MRI within one (1) year of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers at time of hire from American Heart Association (AHA) or Military Training Network (MTN).
Preferred qualifications:
- Two (2) years experience as a radiologic technologist, with one (1) year of experience in an MRI department.
- May be required to float from their original unit or to other facilities.
