TEAM Enterprises is looking for a PART TIME Teeling Irish Whiskey Brand Ambassador (BA). The BA will act as a link between the brand and consumers to deliver rich experiences that bring the brand to life. As an employee of TEAM Enterprises, you’ll be in direct contact with consumers and retail customers focused on promoting awareness and trial. You’ll be responsible for promotions and social media engagement as an influencer.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own and develop a plan to showcase Teeling Irish Whiskey in key Irish accounts in New York City, using the tools and resources provided to you.
- Tap into your social-media savviness: maximize the social conversations around our client’s brands.
- Help ensure our brands are visible to consumers throughout your focus market.
- Work with local sales force to recommend opportunities for product placement, merchandising, promotions, delivery, and other services.
- Develop a productive and effective working relationship with assigned accounts.
- Support distribution with effective Point of Sale (branded materials/giveaways)
- Conduct effective promotional efforts that increase trial and consumption of our client’s brands.
- Build relationships, educate on and create raving fans of our client’s brands
- Track and monitor progress against monthly goals.
- Know your market, spot and set the trends, be culturally connected.
- Responsibly manage all assigned company and client equipment and assets to include protection from damage and theft.
- Complete weekly activity recaps, accomplishments and follow up needs.
- Manage all budgets to ensure programs are executed within budget guidelines.
- Complete all expense reports within the allocated timelines and maintain compliant with all expenses per guidelines.
WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
- Must be able to dedicate 12 hours a week.
- Beverage Industry knowledge is a plus.
- Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Responsible, outgoing, and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and good time management
- Strong ability to execute appropriate promotional plans in targeted bars/restaurants/liquor stores.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others in brand perception and purchase choice.
- Familiarity with the market and key accounts catering to the targeted consumers.
- Well-connected with a variety of influential groups and individuals in the focus market
- Avid user of all relevant social media platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target range of base compensation for this role is $45.00-$50.00/hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
