Equivalent ExperienceDescription:
Supervise and monitor all construction jobs assigned to contractors
- QC job design prior to issuing to contractors to assure job is correct
- Monitor status of construction jobs to ensure intervals are met
- Perform quality control (QC) on completed jobs and verify as-builts
- Perform QC on production reports and invoices to confirm proper billing
- Utility Construction Cost Estimates
- Project Walkout
- Stand Mapping
- Pipe Proofing
- Design Review and Approval
- Request for Proposal/Labor Bid Processing
- Material Requests
- Pole Permit Application Submittal
- Construction Contractor Management
- Manage Project Milestones to SLA
- Project Build Quality Assurance/Control
- Review and Approve Project As-builts
- Review and Approve Contractor Invoicing
- Update Workfront with Project Progress and Required/Requested Information
- Ensure Project Material Reconciliation
- Communicate with Developers, Contractors, client Internal Departments, and all other parties involved to ensure timely project completion
- Other construction related duties
