This Test Engineer will serve as the subject matter expert in electrical engineering requirements for the testing department, inspecting and reporting on the quality of products/materials through the entire production cycle.Here is more detailed information for this very exciting opportunity:Job Title: Test Engineer

Essential functions for this Test Engineer will include:
- Ensure testing department employees are adequately trained
- Ensure all testing equipment is appropriately calibrated
- Capture manufacturability issues with the design, submit design change proposals, and implement the change into the product as needed
- Review BOM explosions, implosions, and station routings for manufactured products, raw materials and purchased items
- Analyze schematics, blueprints and 3 Dimensional drawings, utilizing various modeling software to ensure design and product viability
- Run tests on various components and features in order to identify and fix technical issues
- BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Catia v5/Enovia preferred or similar modeling software
- Experience in final assembly and vehicle systems testing
- ERP or MRP experience (Baan)
- Experience in an ISO certified environment is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a strongly desirable
