We’re looking for a NA COE Supply Chain Testing Analyst to analyze, test and document test outputs to help drive insights into actions by evaluating and understanding business and operations. The Testing Analyst will support the running of owned processes while bringing a continuous improvement mentality to the COE as a whole. This role will support and drive functional and end to end full system testing of new process and changes including integration between multiple systems. Key experiences to gain in this role include cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners.

We are seeking an individual who can analyze, document and test end to end supply chain scenarios. This individual will build strategic partnerships and is able to comfortably navigate a matrix work environment. Based on the above responsibilities the candidate must be a team player able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities and self-direct work. The ideal applicant has a strong background in supply chain planning & operations, shows a passion for standardization and continuous improvement, vision for innovation, and an appetite for aggressive growth.

• Part of a team that executes full system end to end testinga
• Deliver results within tight timelines with efficiency and accuracy
• Defect management and reporting
• Gathering and analyzing data
• Interpreting gathered data
• Submitting reports to the relevant department heads and management.
• Coordinate office operations and testing outputs
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of computer-based testing and machine scoring
• Skills in the management of testing systems, processes, and facilities
• Organizing and coordinating skills
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment

WHAT YOU BRING

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (2 additional years in lieu of degree)
• Project Management, Transition Management and Supply Chain Operations or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and ALM

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
