Requirements

This position will be Los Angeles based with at least 3 years working in IT Consulting. While the position is primarily work from home, it will require onsite consultation at our client location around the LA area on a somewhat regular basis.

The ideal candidate loves keeping the client and team informed and updated on your process every step of the way. Excellent customer service and administrative excellence are a premium! Willingness to grow and learn in the cybersecurity space is preferred.

• Familiarity with ConnectWise or a similar CRM/PSA/Ticketing system
• Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
• Troubleshooting and deploying Windows Server and Azure environments
• MS Office 365 and Google Workspace (Gsuite) administration
• Active Directory and Group Policy admin
• On-premise to virtual migration experience
• Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, W.A.P.s, VPNs, and other network appliances (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall; Ubiquiti)
• Support end-users in a help desk and on-site environment, resolving hardware and software issues
• Comfortable working with both Windows and MacOS environments
• SSO Experience is a plus (Okta, OneLogin)
