About us
Globalvia Operations USA LLC manages road maintenance & toll collection operations for Pocahontas Parkway. We are currently searching for a Tolling Systems Technician to join our team and be responsible for executing preventive maintenance to the systems on the toll road -Pocahontas Parkway (Route 895) in Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide First Level Maintenance Support to Automatic Tolling Payment Machines
- Preventative maintenance and weekly cleaning of tolling equipment.
- Troubleshooting tolling/network equipment malfunctions.
- Works in conjunction with local and offshore teams.
- Report to the Systems and IT Manager for daily operations and ongoing maintenance.
- Remotely assist patrons in lanes.
- Ensure all tasks are performed following health and safety requirements and environmental policies.
- Ensure the compliance of all corporate Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures contributing the maintenance of the Company’s ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Certifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year
