About the Role
Responsibilities include taking new provider applications from receipt to inclusion in NH Medicaid as well as updating existing providers in MH Medicaid. This involves accurate and timely entry of provider data, including provider applications and contact information, status changes, revalidations. It also includes following up with providers as needed to obtain information for the enrollment process.
Hours:
8:00AM- 4:30 PM; Monday through Friday with the possibility of flexible hours
As a Provider Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing data entry support
- Having a courteous and professional telephone manner
- Following up on missing information
- Maintaining information by reviewing, entering, logging documentation
- Meeting quality controls and production standards
- Assisting with other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have MS Office product experience
- Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or an equivalent level of education
- Have prior business environment work experience
- Have a positive and empathetic manner
- Have an ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, clients, and providers
- Have attention to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy skill set
- Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
- Be able to successfully pass a pre-employment screening and drug test
