The Transportation Driver is a member of the personal care team and is responsible for assuring that community-sponsored scheduled transportation is implemented appropriately and timely, with elder safety and security the primary priority.
- Must have proof of personal automobile insurance
- Must be eligible to drive and pass a MVR records check
- Must be capable of maintaining regular, reliable attendance
- Must be able to communicate with elders, families, team members, vendors and the general public
- Must meet all health requirements, including TB if applicable
- Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
