Summary:

Reservation Specialists are responsible for selling and facilitating proper travel arrangements for AAA Members/clientele purchasing commodity travel products. Reservation Specialists work directly with clients to sell and arrange accurate travel reservations for domestic and international destinations. Reservation Specialists must possess a working knowledge of world geography and destinations. AAA Reservation Specialists are expected to work as part of a cohesive team to ensure “Totally Satisfied” service is provided to our member/clients.

• In-depth knowledge of geography
• Proven success in a sales environment
• Good communication skills in person, writing, and over the phone
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to plan and participate in AAA promotional events
• Occasional flexibility outside of normal working hours
