Job Title: Traveling Director of Nursing (DON)

Location: Pennsylvania, various locations; Greensburg, Chambersburg, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Pottsville, Scranton Areas

Panacea Health Corp has an exciting opportunity for a full time Traveling Director of Nursing (DON) to work in our Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) located across the state of Pennsylvania. This position will be a traveling position, as you will be assigned to facilities as the need arises. As the Traveling Director of Nursing (DON) you will act in an interim leadership role to manage clinical operations in the assigned Skilled Nursing Facility to maintain consistent quality of care.

Successful candidates must be knowledgeable of state and federal regulations, have several years' experience of nursing leadership in a long-term care setting, and an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania with effective leadership and supervisory skills to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Requirements of the Traveling Director of Nursing (DON):

• A bachelor degree from an approved institution or extensive equivalent experience in the field.
• Must have knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Prior experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in long-term care.
• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License, and valid PA driver’s license.
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
• Must be willing to travel to assigned locations as the need arises.
