At Diverzify, we believe our associates are at the heart of our organization. The Treasury Specialist is a brand-new role for Diverzify. This position will assist in the management of the organization’s financial aspects from cash management to corporate finance. This position will also report and analyze relevant information.

We expect candidates to be well-informed of financial planning processes and have a strong ability to report and explain issues to management and swear by regulations. If you get excited when it comes to risk management and investments, we’d like to meet you.

Here's what we are looking for…

• Monitors and analyzes company cash positions to cover cash commitments.
• Coordinates company activities relating to banking.
• Evaluates bank services and fees, and monitors bank performance; recommends appropriate action.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Monitors banking partner performance to service level agreements.
• Takes advantage of developments in the treasury and banking industry to identify changes that can maximize value or minimize risk.
• Works under guidance of a VP, Finance to obtain results.
• Compiles short-term and long-term cash forecasts and coordinates the movement of any excess cash to and from investment accounts.
• Assists in the opening, closing and administration of bank accounts
• Executes wire transfers and ACH transactions and monitors for settlement
• Coordinates user entitlements across on banking platforms
• Assists in the delivery of comprehensive, high impact and easy to understand treasury reports.
• Assists in heightening management’s understanding of treasury activities.
• Creates clearly documented personal goals, plans, and objectives and communicates across all stake-holders
• Assists in other treasury projects as directed.
• Stays well informed of developments in the profession and uses this information to identify and recommend changes to “best practices” within the department.

And you would have the following…

• Proven industry experience in treasury functions
• Proven experience training accounting groups on treasury principles
• Extensive experience and success working with senior management to realize process changes and improvements
• PC skills including knowledge of bank treasury websites

And it would be great if you also had the following...

• BA/BS degree Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
