UI Developer
Whippany, NJ
As a Barclays UI Developer, you will be helping us build, maintain, and support the Market Operational Rigour Supervision application. Within this role, you would be accountable for the technical operation for Supervision application during the Asia hours. You are also required to have high degree of communication with the global leads in US and India.

What will you be doing?
- Capturing the functional requirements by talking to business team and leads in US and India
- Converting the functional requirement to design and code
- Writing efficiently the regression and unit test cases of the developed functionality
- Co-ordinating with L1 support team and proactively get involved in support activities for the production if required
- Contributing to the maturity of DevOps on the application
- Providing timely status updates to relevant stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience on React, Redux, Webpack and related technology
- Solid grasp of OO Designing and Programming Techniques and associated concepts, Data Modelling, Design Patterns
- In-depth knowledge of Type Script, Java Script, ES6, and the like
- Good working knowledge and hands-on HTML, CSS, LESS, SASS, bootstrap, browser compatibility
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Angular JS knowledge
- Java 8/Spring expertise
- Familiarity with MS-SQL
- Good logical reasoning, problem solving and performance tuning Skills
