Union Benefits Specialist (Remote Opportunities Available)

Our parent company was founded in 1951 in Texas and has become the only 100% unionized life insurance company in the world. They have agencies all across North America, Ireland, New Zealand, and soon to be growing across Europe.

We have long relationships and contracts with some the most well-known and respected unions such as: The Teamsters, Postal Workers, IBEW, SEIU, State employees, UAW, Steelworkers, Firefighters, Police, Nurses, etc.

We came to NYS in the year 2000 to Rochester, NY. Over the past years we have grown to having agencies in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, Elmira, Binghamton, Poughkeepsie and will soon be targeting the NY City and Long Island area. The Gryska Agency is the #1 agency out of over 218 agencies company-wide.

We are looking to fill a few positions as soon as possible due to our recent growth and the demand for our services. The position itself consists of meeting with members who have signed up to receive supplemental benefit plans that help protect their families, far beyond what is covered through their employer. The union or association introduces, promotes, and steers their members towards us so we do absolutely NO cold calls, door to door, ETC. The benefits themselves are exclusive to members of our contracted groups, which gives us no competition whatsoever.

This career is 100% remote with the option to work from one of our many offices across the state.
