Job Description

The Universal Banker is responsible for providing an exceptional in-office client experience by handling clients’ non loan sales and service needs. Ensure clients feel welcome and provide them with a great experience when processing transactions and fulfilling their financial needs.

Retain and deepen existing client relationships through a needs based service approach. Establish new banking relationships. Process transactions accurately, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between performing sales and service related transactions. Assist and support clients with bank technology including online, and mobile banking.

Preferred Qualifications

· Possess skill, ability, aptitude and willingness to deliver good client service, perform routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and basic sales functions as well as process teller transactions

· Communicates well with team members and clients

· Demonstrate the ability to engage and interact confidently with clients

· Great Team Player

· Ability to handle a variety of tasks and prioritize during the course of a business day

· Commitment to advancing knowledge of sales and service techniques and product knowledge to better serve personal and business clients

· Maintain client and bank confidentiality

· Handling and assisting with client sales opportunities with additional activities related to service needs based on the overall needs of the office

· Positive attitude and initiative. Willingness and ability to contribute to projects
