Job Description

• As an Ultrasound Technician, you are responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures in a safe and prudent manner for the specific purpose of producing a high-quality diagnostic exam. Procedures will include general abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts ultrasound exams, venous, and carotid Doppler. A great candidate has demonstrated experience in the ability to follow appropriate guidelines for exams, patient needs, exercise confidentiality, quality control, and improvement, archiving and exceptional patient service skills.

Position Qualifications:

• Associate in Applied Science - Allied Health Science.
• Registered - ARDMS in abdomen and/or OB/GYN or equivalent.
• One (1) year experience preferred in abdomen and OB/GYN exams. Prefer Vascular Registry, in addition.
• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (HCP) level to be completed within three (3) months of hire.
• May consider Ultrasound Tech Level 1 candidates with ARRT or ARDMS registry with one year of clinical experience.
