Luxury & Imports of Junction City is seeking a salesperson. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! A qualified candidate will be a self-starter, that is friendly, and has the ability to work with all types of personalities.

Responsibilities:

· Engage with customers arriving at the dealership, answer questions, build relationships

· Offer and participate in test drives while educating the customer about unique features of vehicles, collect driver’s licenses and documentation before beginning test drive

· Maintain knowledge of inventory

· Identify customers needs through interviewing

· Follow up with prospective customers

· Commit to becoming an auto sales expert

· Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicle

· Create and grow your customer base

· Utilize provided tools to market to new and former customers through email, text, social media, video messaging, etc.

· Possible quick wash/refresh for delivery of purchased vehicle

· Other duties as assigned

• No sales experience is necessary. Excellent training is provided!

• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Must have a smart phone

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

• Junction City, KS 66441: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
