Award winning communications company has an immediate need to fill a key position in Processing Data for USPS Mailing, Variable Data Formatting and Navigating USPS rules and regulations.

You will need to be ......

Proficient in BCC Mail Manager Software or equivalent.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook

Experienced with United States Postal Service rules and regulations

Experienced with Variable Data setup and programming.

Able to analyze data for details and accuracy both pre and post processing.

Must work well in fast paced, deadline oriented, team environment.

We are looking for a Data Specialist who has an eye for detail, good communication skills, and is very thorough. They must be flexible, methodical and be able to problem solve for both clients and co-workers. An ideal candidate needs to be results-driven, passionate, and exhibit excellent work ethic.

2 – 4 years’ experience is required. Experience will be verified.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
