This full-time veterinary receptionist position (closed weekends!) is available at a busy, well-established, and friendly animal hospital in Murrieta. We are looking for serious applicants who are highly motivated, hard-working, reliable, can multi-task well, are client-service driven, and can work well with others. 1+ years veterinary experience REQUIRED.

Responsibilities, Skills, & Qualifications:
MINIMUM of 1 year of animal or veterinary experience

Client communications and education
Patient check-in/check-out
Answering busy multi-line phones
Scheduling appointments
Chart prep and filing
Generating and reviewing estimates
General cleaning and restocking
Computer skills (Cornerstone knowledge a plus)
Excellent multi-tasking abilities, high-level customer skills, & strong attention to detail are a MUST
Flexibility, professionalism, & a strong work ethic
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay is based upon experience, $15.50/hr is the MINIMUM pay available

Hours (to be available for shifts):
Monday - Friday: 8:00am-6:00pm
CLOSED: Saturday & Sunday
HOLIDAYS CLOSED: Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
