Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging. VetMED is an AAHA-accredited specialty referral and emergency hospital In Phoenix, AZ. We are searching for veterinary technicians or assistants with experience (or strong interest) in Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging to join our team. Led by an experienced, board-certified veterinary radiologist, our Radiology service is dedicated to advancing veterinary care and supporting the highest quality veterinary medicine in the Valley.

Daily job functions include obtaining patient radiographs, patient restraint for ultrasound, setting up and running CT scans and MRI, patient sedation for diagnostic procedures, fluoroscopic studies and collaboration with other specialty and emergency services. We want motivated applicants with the desire to build a strong service and advance their knowledge base and skill sets in the area of diagnostic imaging.

We are looking for individuals with strong technical skills, basic knowledge of radiation safety, and the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Applicants should be self-motivated, have great attention to detail, and thrive on working as a strong team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
