As the Vice President, Marketing you will provide overall vision, leadership, strategy, and execution of all marketing programs and initiatives globally. You will develop an end-to-end marketing function that delivers messaging, branding, digital presence, product support, demand generation, content, research, and thought leadership. You will collaborate closely with technology and web teams to drive digital strategies. You will partner with business unit leaders to ensure marketing programs and initiatives support company revenue and growth objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designs, develops, directs marketing objectives, technology programs, strategies, programs, and practices for all customers, products, and services globally.
- Builds and develops the teams and technology required to collect, test, measure, and analyze marketing metrics necessary to identify trends in the marketplace, program effectiveness, and consumer behavior.
- Collaborates with business unit leaders to translate the overall marketing vision into integrated business plans, tactics, and deliverables.
- Partners with business unit leaders to identify potential markets, customer segments, and products to explore.
- Oversees critical marketing functions, including market research, communications, and product planning.
- Utilizes data-driven methods to Identify changes in the customer and competitive environments and enable responsive marketing activities.
- Develops budgets, resources, and teams to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans establishing expected ROI.
- Develops relationships with existing and new third-party partners as needed.
- Establishes solid processes necessary as Ellsworth continues to grow, remaining particularly aware of opportunities for improved efficiency and/or automation.
- Performs full range of people-management responsibilities, including making final decisions regarding hiring, disciplinary actions, performance management, compensation decisions, coaching and development.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 10+ years of varied and progressive experience leading a global marketing function; preferred experience within Industrial space.
- Holds integrity paramount to all, followed closely by customer service, quality, collaboration, teamwork, drive, compliance, hard work, discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Expert communication skills, including up, down, across, within and outside the organization.
- Ability to build strong relationships inside the company, together with cultivating an external network outside the company.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and configure programs to meet those needs.
- Understands B2B channel distribution services and services marketing.
- Commitment to personal growth and development – including both team and self.
- Uses influence to stretch the thinking within the business, in pursuit of Ellsworth’s profitable and predictable growth initiatives and strategies.
- High level of expertise in marketing related technologies.
